At this year’s event, Duopharma Biotech took home five trophies, in the categories of “Business Ethics & Responsibility”, “Stakeholder Management” and “UN Sustainable Development Goals” as well as receiving the Significant Achievement award in the “Water Management” and “Waste Productivity & Materiality” categories. KUALA LUMPUR, 15 October 2021 – Duopharma Biotech Berhad (“Duopharma Biotech” or “the Company”) is further strengthening COVID-19 vaccination efforts in Malaysia with the distribution of the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine. Earlier, Duopharma Biotech had entered into an agreement to import the vaccine from Beijing, China, covering a collaboration for the Malaysian market. Duopharma (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Duopharma Biotech has been authorised by Sinopharm as the product registration holder and to engage in the sales and distribution of the vaccine.

Duopharma Biotech Berhad recorded cumulative revenue of RM482.24 million for the first half of FY2026 ended 30 June 2026, which saw the Group’s Profit Before Tax growing 32.1% year-on-year to RM79.71 million, while Profit After Tax rose 32.2% to RM60.59 million, compared to the corresponding period in the preceding year.

Duopharma Biotech Berhad held its 25th Annual General Meeting today, capping a successful FY2025 ended 31 December 2025, that saw the Company growing its revenue by 14.5% to RM931.69 million, from RM813.70 million in FY2024.
Duopharma Biotech Berhad recorded resilient financial performance in the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, delivering a stronger Profit Before Tax (“PBT”) of RM 40.41 million, and Profit After Tax (“PAT”) of RM30.71 million, increasing 19.8% year-on-year, despite Q1FY2026 revenue of RM247.88 million dropping 5.7% compared to RM262.74 million in the same period last year.
Duopharma Biotech Berhad reported a revenue of RM931.69 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, up 14.5% compared to revenue of RM813.70 million in financial year 2024.
