Kuala Lumpur – Popularity of CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad (Duopharma) sponsored drama series titled ‘Lafazkan Kalimah Cintamu’ has boosted sales of Flavettes Effervescent significantly due to the drama’s high rating and trending on the social media recently.

Astro Ria’s 32-episode hit drama series, an adaptation from well-known writer, Siti Rosmizah’s best- selling novel featured popular actors and actresses such as Datuk Farid Kamil Zahari, Nelydia Senrose, and Nadiyah Shahab. The drama series attracted a huge following since its airing from January 15 2018 over the Mega Drama slot at 10.00 p.m. every Monday till Thursday on Astro Ria 104 and Astro Ria HD 13.

Speaking during the special view of the drama’s final episode at a well-known cinema theatre here today, CCM Duopharma Biotech Bhd Group Managing Director, Leonard Ariff Abdul Shatar, said that Flavettes Effervescent received strong and positive feedback from consumers and retailers and products sales spiked especially during the period when the drama was aired.

“Besides on-air exposure, we also received positive response to engagement activities on Astro Gempak’s digital platform like FB and Insta postings, website feature roll and pre-rolled videos which had provided value added on-ground brand exposure to further expose our product with our target audiences.

“Just as important is the relevance of the story line with the product positioning of Flavettes Effervescent, which is a supplement suitable for all those living hectic lives and needing a boost to help them look refreshed and healthy at all times,” he added. Flavettes Effervescent Vitamin C is used as a supplement to meet the increased daily demand for
Vitamin C and Calcium. Fifteen lucky winners of a recent slogan competition on Flavettes Effervescent’s Facebook and their partners had the opportunity to meet the stars of the drama series during the event including Datuk Farid Kamil, Nelydia Senrose and Nadiyah Shahab. “This is our first full drama sponsorship and we are excited with the results.
